Arrived at Melbourne with his wife on 3 December 1849 per "Indus" from Glasgow, Scotland. On 23 June 1850 after preaching at Portland, he was invited to conduct the school there. Returned to Portland and opened the school in Tyers Street, on 16 August 1850. Was there for some years. Nothing else known.
